More DetailsDay 1: Arrival
On your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be met by your Safari guide who will drive you through Entebbe to your hotel in Kampala for your welcome night. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel. HB
Day 2: Lake Mburo National Park
After our breakfast we will depart by road to Lake Mburo National Park with a journey time about 3-4 hours). Lake Mburo National Park is hosts big herds of zebra, impala, eland and other ungulates. In the afternoon, we will do a boat ride Lake Mburo with lots of sighting seeing. We will return to the lodge for dinner & overnight. FB
Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
On our last day in Lake Mburo National Park, we will have a wonderful chance to take a guided nature walk – game viewing on foot this time, after we will return to the lodge/camp for breakfast, and drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Nation a home to the remaining mountain gorillas. Dinner and Overnight at the Lodge. FB
Day 4: Gorilla Tracking
After an early breakfast and guides briefing, we will set off for Gorilla tracking exercise in the forests of Bwindi. The highlight of the trip is when you are face to face with the beautiful creatures – the mountain gorillas; you will be thrilled to watch them feed and pay. Seeing a silverback “father” is heart melting. We will have a maximum of one hour of observation and return to the lodge with wonderful memories and experience. If time allows we will do a guided community walk visiting the schools, hospitals, crafts shops this will give be a great opportunity to meet with local people who are very friendly. We will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight. FB
Day 5: Queen Elizabeth National Park
We will leave Bwindi passing through the southern sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park also known as Ishasha, famous for its tree-climbing lions. Proceed to the main side of the park with an enroute game viewing of the buffalo, topi, antelopes. Diinner & overnight. FB
Day 6: Kyambura Gorge for Chimp tracking
Have an early breakfast and drive to Kyambura Gorge for chimpanzee tracking. Chimpanzees are much closer to humans than any animal. Usually babies are so vibrant, easily seen jumping from branch to branch. After a wonderful time with the chimps, we will return to the lodge for lunch
Afternoon, we will take a boat trip along the Kazinga Channe, this trip avails us with chances of seeing lots of wildlife up close. We will see hippos, crocodiles buffaloes for close quarters. The bird list likely to see include, pink backed pelicans, pied and malachite kingfishers, saddle billed stork and many others. This boat trip will crown our day, we will return to to Lodge for dinner and Overnight. FB
Day 7: Kibale National Park
An early awake with breakfast and head for a morning game drive to see numerous elephants as well as water hog, lion, hyena, Uganda kob, waterbuck and bushbuck. After our thorough game viewing, we will drive to Kibale National Park reaching in time for lunch. Afternoon, we will go for Chimpanzee tracking this time in Kibale National Park considered the best place for chimp tracking. The forest is home to over 13 species of primates including red colobus monkey, the rare L’Hoest, blue monkey, grey mangabey, pottos, black faced vervet monkeys, baboons and also bush babies. We will drive to your lodge for dinner and overnight. FB
Day 8: Murchison Falls National Park
After a morning breakfast, we will depart by road with a packed lunch to Murchison Falls National Park passing through Villages along the way and the views of Lake Albert. We will view lots of game enroute to the lodge for dinner and overnight at the Lodge. FB
Day 9: Murchison Falls National Park
Early morning is the best time to see the big cats. We will set out to Paraa side where we will be able to see elephants, buffalo, giraffe, antelope and hopefully lion then return to the lodge for lunch. Immediately after lunch we will take an exciting 3 hours boat trip along the Nile upstream the bottom of the mighty Murchison falls while game viewing and birding enroute, we will see hippos, crocodiles, elephants and interesting bird life like the colored kingfishers and bee-eaters you may see the rare and prehistoric looking shoebill, which is a cross between the dodo and a dinosaur. Dinner & Overnight at the Lodge. FB
Day 10: Departure
After breakfast, we will depart to Kampala or Entebbe Airport for the flight back home. We will visit local markets for crafts shopping. End of our tour
