Day 1: Arrival Murchison
We will pick you up from your doorstep/ Airport/ Hotel in the morning and drive to Murchison Falls National Park, arriving in time for a Bottom cruise upstream to the bottom of the falls, feel the awe of standing close to the powerful and roaring falls. The cruise gives you a chance to view game as you sail on the Nile, you may see elephants bathing, together with other animals arrayed by the bank of the Nile, drinking water during the heat of the day. Complete the adventure by either hiking to the top of the falls from the bottom of the falls, or you may simply drive there to see how the falls are formed, where the waters of the Nile squeeze through the gorge to make such spectacular and cascading falls. Dinner and overnight at Sambiya River Lodge. FB
Day 2: Budongo Forest Walk
In the morning, you will take an early breakfast and go for a forest walk in the Budongo Forest. The forest walk will mostly lead you to view chimpanzees in their natural homes, where they have been habituated to adjust to human presence, though still wild. After, you will have an evening game drive exploring the park as you search for the big game, antelopes, giraffes, elephants, and lions. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Sambiya River Lodge. FB
Day 3: Kibale
After breakfast, embark on a morning game drive to catch up on what you could have missed. After driving to Kibale Forest National Park, a primate world with over 1500 chimpanzees present, and other primate species. Upon arrival, take a nature walk in Bigodi Swamp. Dinner and overnight at Kibale Forest camp. FB
Day 4: chimp tracking
You will have an early breakfast, and drive to the park headquarters where you will be briefed on protocol and safety measures then start the trek into the forest seach for the chimpanzees in their natural home, these are semi wild chimpanzees, that they are not intimated by the human presence, but still boounndaries have to be kept lest they turn aggressive to visitors, so you are advised to keep a distance and other rules. You will observe these dear cousins as they live, communicate, and relate. The trek usually takes anywhere from 2 hours to more, depending on the chimpanzees’ movements. After returning to the Lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Departure
Have breakfast and drive back to Kampala/ Entebbe for departure. Depending on the time of your flight, you will be transferred to the Airport.

The Minimum age required for Chimpazee trackiing is 12 years and above as these more understanding to carefully follow the instructions, rules and regulations of tracking
Chimpanzee tracking comes with rules and regulations that have to be carefully observed when before the chimpanzees, and these rules are there to ensure your safety and the safety of the chimpanzees.
Remember these chimpanzees are just tunned to not mind the human presence, but when you cross the boundary, your life will be in danger. These you should follow;
Keep a distance between you and the chimpanzees, do not come too close, and if they come close to you, do not move.
Do not make sudden movements, sudden movements like running, jumping etc threaten chimpanzees, and they can be prompted to charge at you.
Do not shout, Observe silence or speak softly, this may upset the chimpanzees
Do not make eye contact, with the chimpanzees, they intepret your gaze differently, its a provocation.
Do not eat infront of the chimpanzees
You will not be allowed to tract, should you have an illness, especially the infectious ones, such as a cold, flue, Covid, as chimpanzees too can catch these illnesses since they have a DNA s humans. To protect them, please do not spread an illness
